A villa consisting of a ground floor, first floor, and a separate majlis.
The building area on the ground is 200.10 square meters, and the total floor area is 551.50 square meters.
The main facade is designed in a modern style that relies on the contrast between two main materials: the warm-colored natural stone used in the protruding blocks, and the light-colored stone/marble cladding that highlights the geometric frames of the facade. This contrast gives the building visual depth and a distinctive architectural presence.
The main entrance is treated with a double height and features a horizontal overhang that forms an elegant architectural canopy, complemented by a wooden-clad ceiling that adds visual warmth and balances the coldness of the stone. Vertical wooden slats were also employed as a decorative element to soften the rigidity of the blocks and enhance the modern character.
The large vertically extended glass windows reflect the design’s orientation toward visual openness and increased natural light within the spaces, with the use of dark frames that enhance contrast. A glass balcony with a transparent facade also appears, adding visual lightness and emphasizing the modern character.
The facade lines were highlighted by hidden lighting (LED Linear Lighting) integrated within the architectural joints, giving the building an elegant nighttime presence and clearly showcasing the geometric composition.
The exterior landscaping is simple and organized, relying on well-shaped shrubs and low-height plants, in line with the modern character and highlighting the facade without visual distraction.
